Training and facilitation that doesn't feel like a hostage situation.

Your people already know the trust fall isn't the problem.

The problem is nobody built a real system for how your team actually leads, talks, or gets unstuck.

WHAT I DO

  • Strategic planning facilitation for teams that need to get unstuck, not just get through another retreat.

  • Leadership development training built around how people actually lead, not a generic slide deck bought off a shelf.

  • Team workshops that build real skills, communication, decision making, the stuff that actually shows up in the next meeting, not just the retreat.

  • Nonprofit consulting for organizations that need the same rigor as the corporate world, on a nonprofit budget and timeline.

  • Speaking engagements for teams and conferences who want the real version of leadership, not the polished keynote version.

WHY ME, NOT A GENERIC CONSULTANT

I spent 20 years inside organizations before I ever facilitated one from the outside.

I was a Chief Mission and People Officer. I've sat on the side of the table you're sitting on, budget pressure, board politics, a team that's tired and says it's fine.

I hold an MSW and faciltate for UT Austin Custom Training, so this isn't improvised, it's grounded in how people and systems actually work.

And I bring a neurodivergent lens to how I train and facilitate, which means your neurodivergent employees, and there are more of them than your org chart admits, finally get a session that wasn't built assuming everyone processes information the same way.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

No trust falls.

No slide deck you could have read yourself.

No facilitator who disappears after the workshop and leaves you to implement it alone.

Practical, honest, and built around what your team is actually dealing with, not a template pulled off the shelf.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

  • You're planning a retreat, offsite, or strategic planning session and you want it to actually produce something, not just a nice day out of the office.

  • Your leadership team has the titles but not the operating system to back them up.

  • You've sat through corporate training before and watched everyone check their phones. You want the opposite of that.

  • You lead a nonprofit and need the rigor without the price tag built for a Fortune 500 budget.

Your team doesn't need another retreat they'll forget by Monday.

They need something that actually sticks.
