3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you check the text message consent box on our Website, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Flashlight Thinking, LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include promotions, offers, and updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more texts from us.

• No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or our contact lists to anyone. We share information only in these limited situations:
• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Wix), our marketing and messaging platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), scheduling (Calendly), and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us and may not use it for their own marketing.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
• Business changes: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this Policy.
• With your consent: in any other way you have agreed to.
This section does not apply to mobile numbers and text message opt-in data, which are never shared as described in Section 3.
