Program Structure

Length: 12 weeks
Cohort Size: 8–12 participants (intentionally limited)

 

Weekly Core Session

  • 90 minutes per week

  • Teaching, direction, and curated hot seats

  • Clear integration and action

You will not be left to figure it out on your own.
